The theme for the Primary Grade I and II Presentation Day was ‘Chasing Rainbows’ in adherence to our school vision. A rainbow brings hope, the hope of finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and the perseverance, to keep pursuing it.

The day began with a devotional Jugalbandhi, a delightful fusion of popular ragams. The tiny tots of Grades I and II presented a beautiful and thought-provoking play on how small things can create a big difference in our lives. The entire programme was a play comprising of seven scenes which included ‘The Dazzling Sprites’, ‘The Grim Reality’ ‘Underwater Jamboree’, ‘Jungle Haute Couture’, ‘Man-Creator Or Destructor’ ‘Na Kato Mujhe’ and ‘Chasing Rainbows’.

The musical choir with a fusion performance ended with a soulful rendition of ‘We are the world’. A twist in the ending ‘The Happy Dance’ had the audience in splits with the characters coming back on stage dancing to the tune of ‘Baby shark’ refusing to end the programme. The audience gave a standing ovation to the thought-provoking performance.

The programme ended with the Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem.
