New teachers onboard the NPS institutions for this academic year were inducted with a thoroughly informative orientation session to highlight best practices at NPS and prepare a road map for effective classroom strategies to be implemented. In a style that was at once innovative and immersive, the sessions aimed at holistic teaching-learning to be accomplished amongst a host of other pedagogical objectives. The induction was all inclusive, mindful, inspiring and technically sound. It effectively covered a range of areas from drafting lesson plans and incorporating creative methods seamlessly into classes, to assessments and teacher well-being tips.
