The CBSE workshop on Happy Classrooms, held on 29th May 2025, at NPS Gopalapuram, was conducted by Ms. Maya and Ms. Padhmini. The session covered key topics such as emotional intelligence, strategies for self-regulation, building healthy work relationships, and decoding behavioural language. Ways to enhance emotional well-being to bring out positive behaviour management with effective strategies for self-regulation, reiterated the school’s vision. Participants found the workshop insightful and expressed interest in implementing the strategies discussed. The session concluded with an open discussion, during which teachers shared personal experiences and ideas for fostering happiness in education.
