On December 6, 2024, our school campus came alive with incredible enthusiasm as students of Grade 7 enthusiastically participated in the Desi Utsav (Market Day), a vibrant event designed to nurture entrepreneurial skills. Acting as sellers or rather, suave businessmen, students exhibited their creativity, communication skills, and above all unbelievable business acumen, while grades IV and V played the role of eager but discerning buyers. The event simulated a real-world market environment, offering students hands-on experience in product creation, pricing, and salesmanship. Each stall reflected students’ innovation and teamwork, as they engaged responsibly in every aspect of the process. Desi Utsav not only enriched their understanding of commerce through experiential learning but also fostered collaboration and school spirit. The event successfully blended education with enjoyment, leaving a lasting impact on all participants.
