Saadhana was conducted on the 28th of February 2025 coinciding with the National Science Day celebrated every year to commemorate Sir CV Raman’s Nobel Prize winning discovery of the Raman Effect. As a part of Saadhana, various competitions such as Science Debate (‘Bohr vs Einstein’), the Short film competition (‘The Quantum Vision’), the Science Tank and the Science Quiz were conducted in connection with Science Day. Snippets from the short films submitted were screened on the IP in the classrooms as were exhibits during the Science Exhibition.The Science Exhibition ‘Tutee’s Innovation’ was conducted, where students from grades VI to IX participated enthusiastically. The projects made by the students tackled themes such as Food, Health & Hygiene, Transport and Communication, Natural Farming, Disaster Management, Mathematical Modelling and Computational Thinking besides Waste Management and Resource Management. Every project was unique in its own way and reflected the participant’s curiosity and perseverance. The Science Exhibition was inaugurated by the Chief Manager, Canara Bank Mr. Raghavendra Rao, after which the Chief Guest viewed the exhibits by the students. Later the projects were graded by the judges. The projects were judged based on several criterion and the top three projects from each grade were declared as the best ones.
