The Madras Day Week Celebrations, organised by the Heritage Club and Interact Club, was a vibrant and immersive experience to connect students with Chennai's historical and cultural richness. This week-long event was a vibrant showcase of our rich cultural heritage, designed to connect students with the historical and cultural essence of Chennai. Celebrated on August 22nd each year, Madras Day marks the founding of the city in 1639, when a strip of land was acquired by the British East India Company, laying the foundation for what is now modern-day Chennai. The celebrations highlight the importance of preserving and honouring the history, culture, and legacy of this great city.

Various competitions - traditional games, kolam, quiz, were conducted for students. On 22nd August students put up a cultural program to mark the day.
