A Career Fair was successfully organized at National Public School, Gopalapuram, on Saturday, 26th October 2024. This much looked-forward-to event aimed at providing students with a valuable opportunity to explore diverse educational and career paths, and equipping them with the requiste knowledge to make informed decisions about their future. Students from Grades IX to XII, along with their parents, were invited to participate. With participation from around 28 esteemed educational institutions representing multiple fields, Crossroads ’24 served as a unique platform for students to interact with university representatives, career experts, and counsellors. From traditional career paths like engineering, medicine, and law to unconventional fields such as design, liberal arts, and emerging technology domains, the event showcased a wide spectrum of possibilities. In addition to providing information on various undergraduate programs, the event also shed light on the evolving job market, the importance of skill-based education, and the significance of interdisciplinary learning. Representatives from renowned colleges and universities engaged with students, addressing their queries regarding admission processes, scholarships, course structures, and industry relevance. Many students and parents found the event to be an eye-opener, helping them navigate the vast world of higher education with confidence.
